You have properly decided to find a holiday rentals property and are now wondering if you can trust the managers and owners.

Properties managed by well known agents
All properties that can be booked online directly on MyHoliday.com are managed by well known agencies which you can trust 100%.
They have managed properties for decades and are often in charge of several thousand properties.
The entire process is professional handled and you will get great support from their staff all the way from the booking is completed till you have enjoyed your stay.
MyHoliday.com has contractual agreement with theee partners.
Properties managed by private owners or small agents
Property owners and small agents can also rent out their properties through our site.
Those properties will not be directly bookable, but you are able to get in touch with the manager by sending an enquiry through us. You will often find that these properties are cheaper because there isn't a rental company, between you and the owner, that takes a share of the rent.
In theory, you can't trust these as much as the directly bookable properties, BUT the risk of fraud is extreemly low due to a series of precautions we take to avoid fraud.
Some of them, but not all (for security reasons) are listed below:
- Property owners will always have their credit card authorized to get their property online. The bank will then check that it isn't a stolen credit card, which will reveal a possible fraud before anyone gets tricked.
- The industry works together. When a fraud is detected on a holiday rental website, we are warned so we are able to check if the fake owner should be listed with us.
- Any potential fraud will immidiately be reported to the police with all data we have to identify the person behind.
Together with common sense we find that it's very secure to book directly from private owners. We still haven't seen any fraud on MyHoliday.com yet and we find it unlikely that you should be the first.
