MyHoliday.com consolidates holiday rentals from several bureaus and private property owners. Therefore the exact process depends on the manager of the exact house you have chosen and if you have made a online booking or sent an enquiry.
I have made a booking online: If you have completed the booking online, then the agency will get back to you with further details. The agency name and contact details are printed on the confirmation - in case you want to get in contact with them. In short the following will happen:
- A confirmation (often including an invoice) will be sent either by e-mail or physical mail. You can expect to receive this within 3 work days. If you haven't received anything, please check you spam filter and contact our support.
- The total amount or part of the amount (depending on the number of days till departure) shall be paid to the agency. Depending on the agency, this will be completed either using credit card details you provided in the booking or using a payment link they send you afterwards.
- After paying the final balance you will receive a voucher for your stay, approx. 4 weeks before you leave. This contain driving directions property address and keyholder contact details.
- You will have a wonderfull holiday/vacation.
I have sent an enquiry to the manager:
- After sending one or more enquiries, through our site, the property owner(s) will answer you as fast as possible. Note that sometimes this is private owners that doesn't do it for a living, but just as an extra income to pay the morgage. It can therefore in some cases take a day or two to get an reply.
- You agree with the property owner to rent his/her property, the conditions and the payment. MyHoliday.com doesn't have any influense on this.
- You will have a wonderfull holiday/vacation.
